Shipping policy
We aim to deliver your orders promptly and transparently.
The orders are processed within 2 business days which is excluding weekends and public holidays in France.
We provide shipping to multiple countries via La Poste (France) which is a major postal service company in France. On the day of dispatch you will receive an email with the tracking number which you could use to track the status of your order delivery online.
The shipping fees are calculated at checkout and shown below with the estimated delivery times:
- France: free (3-4 days)
- Europe: 10 euros (4-9 days). This will include: Andora, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
- Canada: 20 euros (6-12 days)
- United States: 80 USD (6-12 days). Shipping costs are currently higher as import duties for U.S. orders are now paid by us due to recent customs changes.
- Australia, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, UAE: 20 euros (8-12 days)
- Other countries: 20 euros (delivery dates will depend on the country). Please note that delivery to certain destinations has been suspended by La Poste and therefore cannot be fulfilled by us.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional taxes and customs duties, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
