Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. This applies to the standard products listed and ordered on our site, except for individual tailor-made orders, which are subject to separate arrangements.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item should be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
