1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern purchases of handmade clothing products offered on the website www.atango.fr
 (“the Site”) by customers located in France, Europe, and worldwide. Separate policies for Shipping and for Returns & Refunds form an integral part of these Terms.

2. Products

Each product is described and photographed with the greatest accuracy possible. As items are handmade, minor variations may occur and do not constitute defects.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Euros (€).

Prices are VAT exempt: “TVA non applicable, article 293B du Code général des impôts.”

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and method chosen by the customer, and are added to the total amount of the order before final confirmation.

4. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively online through the Site. The sale is concluded once payment is validated and the customer receives an order confirmation email. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (e.g. abnormal quantities, suspected fraud).

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods are: AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bancaire (CB), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Payments are processed securely through certified third-party providers. The seller does not store customers’ payment data.

6. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of the seller until full payment is received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code, consumers have 14 days from receipt of goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing reasons. Full details and instructions are provided in the separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for non-performance or delays due to force majeure or events outside their control (e.g. postal delays, customs issues).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
